Announcements
02 May 2017
Here are the results for Machine Problem 3. E-mail me for concerns and/or questions.
Here are your prefinal standings. SPOILER: ALL ARE EXEMPTED FROM TAKING THE FINALS :D. Should you still wish to take the final exam, kindly send an e-mail on or before 03 May 2017, 12:00nn. Coverage for the final exam is all the topics (basic concepts, implementations, and applications) discussed during the semester. Again, the schedule of the final exam is on 09 May 2017, 7:00pm-9:00pm, at the ERDT Room. If I haven't received any response by the deadline, I will assume that you won't be taking the finals, and thus your prefinal grade becomes your final grade.
It's been really fun having the course with you guys. Hope you do really well in your future endeavors, particularly in your MS Computer Science studies and work. See you around! :)

Here are the scores for Machine Problem 2
Here is your updated class standing which includes MP 2 and Exam 3. I'll leave the checked exam papers in Room 301.
24 March 2017 - Based on the changes we approved as a class yesterday, the calendar of activities (check right hand side) have been modified accordingly. Just to recap the specific changes:
The topics on Sequential and Hash Tables are now included in the coverage of the Exam 3, which is still scheduled on 06 April 2017.
There are now 3 exams instead of 4 exams. Each exam now contributes 20% towards the prefinal grade instead of 15% previously.
The deadline of submission for Machine Problem 2 is now on 10 April 2017, 11:59pm. An additional stipulation on the extension of the deadline is that should the MP submission not pass the minimum effectivity requirement (i.e. must compile AND run at least one input correctly), then the result of Exam 3 would be invalidated (i.e. set to zero).
The deadline of submission for Machine Problem 3 is moved to 30 April 2017, 11:59pm.
Since the weights of the exams have changed, the computation of the PFG has also been affected. Here is now the updated class standing reflecting those changes. Hope to see you all on Tuesday! :)
14 March 2017
Here are the scores for Machine Problem 1. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the results, feel free to approach or e-mail me.
Problem Set 2 specs and input files already up. See right hand side of the page.
21 February 2017 - Machine Problem 1 deadline reset to 06 March 2017, 11:59pm. As a consequence, questions regarding MP 1 sent on or after 12:01am of 03 March 2017 will no longer be entertained. Please be guided accordingly.
16 February 2017 - Due to the technical issues we experienced last Tuesday, we will be having an extended session later starting at 7:05pm until 8:40pm. Please be guided accordingly. See you all later.
08 February 2017 - Again, the schedule and venue for the first exam is as follows:
Early Exam: 6:00pm-7:15pm, Room 319
Regular Exam: 7:20pm-8:35pm, ERDT Room
See you all tomorrow!
26 January 2017 - NO CLASSES TODAY. As per Class Policies, we will be holding extended minutes on 31 January. See you Tuesday next week.
