websnapse

WebSnapse is a web-based tool for simulating Spiking Neural P (SN P) systems and variants. The aim of WebSnapse is to allow ease of access (e.g. using modern web browsers on laptops, mobile devices) and visual experimentation (e.g. animations) of SN P systems, both for novice and expert users. Below is a partial list of resources (e.g. papers, links to the applications, source codes) of WebSnapse and its versions or variants. For questions, collaborations, please contact fccabarle at up dot edu dot ph.

A tutorial paper in web format going through the creation and simulation of an SN P system is available at the following link: https://websnapse-tutorial.netlify.app

Remark: Please note that many of the applications provided in the links below are hosted in free-to-use servers for the purpose of demonstrating the applications. Such free-to-use servers usually impose restrictions such as delays or limits in CPU usage, and simulation time. For optimal results we recommend to follow the instructions in the source code to install your own copy of the applications.
